As an environmentally friendly company, we will endeavour to recycle waste products wherever possible and to continue to seek opportunities to increase recycling wherever possible.
We will monitor our services and obtain regular feedback from our customers to confirm their requirements are being achieved and to identify opportunities for improvement.
We have developed this Business Management System to meet the current edition of ISO 9001 & ISO14001:2004. We will ensure that all personnel in the company are aware of and are committed to supporting the systems to ensure its requirements are achieved. We will obtain and maintain accredited certification to give customers confidence in our services.
Specific objectives have been set to support the business need and to meet customer requirements. These objectives are assessed as part of the Management Review process and amended/updated as required.
We will regularly review the system, including the policy and objectives to assess its suitability and effectiveness, amendments shall be undertaken as required. Opportunities for improvement will be identified and actioned as appropriate.
